A graduate of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies and an MBA in Business Economics from the University of Delhi, Anshumaan brings over three years of diverse industry experience, having worked as a business analyst and research analyst with Sparx IT Solutions, and interned with top firms like KPMG India, Samsung India, and Adani Gas Ltd.

Throughout his career, Anshumaan developed a keen understanding of business operations, data analysis, financial systems, and sustainability trends. His exposure to real-world challenges and inefficiencies in resource utilization inspired him to explore sustainable business models that not only reduce environmental impact but also create economic value.

This vision led to the birth of QuantumNex Ventures—a purpose-driven enterprise focused on e-waste recycling, electronic refurbishment. Guided by a deep commitment to environmental responsibility and circular economy principles, Anshumaan aims to bridge the gap between technological advancement and ecological balance through innovative waste management solutions.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and e-waste recycling, Rajesh Khandelwal brings deep industry knowledge and operationa expertise to QuantumNex Ventures. His career spans a wide spectrum of roles -from overseeing large-scale production facilities to managing complex recycling operations giving him a sharp understanding of both the technical and logistical aspects of sustainable waste management.

Rajesh has worked closely with recycling units, OEMs, and scrap processors, helping them streamline their systems for maximum efficiency and compliance.

His practical approach, rooted in real-world experience, ensures that QuantumNex operates not just with vision, but with precision.

As Co-Founder, Rajesh leads the execution side of the business— managing vendor networks, supervising refurbishing workflows, and ensuring that every step of the recycling process meets industry standards and environmental regulations.
